Hi! I'm Randy Guerrereo and I am here with Expert Village and I am going to show you some basics of the defensive tackle. Well in defensive tackle the most important thing is keeping your pad level low because you don't want to get driven back and once you are low, easy because you are just controlling that line of scrimmage keeping your pad level low and conditioning is also good because you are running and you do a lot of 200's on this track. When we are conditioning, we just keep ourselves moving, blood flowing and staying in shape is most important of all. Anyone can play defense tackle. You don't have to be big or small. All you do is keep that pad level low and keep that line of scrimmage. I hope you take my advice because that is pretty much a defensive tackle and you can go ask your coach if you can play that position or whatever it is. You don't have to be big or be small. I want to thank Expert Village for letting me give ya'll this advice and I hope you use it well.
