Handling a Double Team as a Defensive Tackle

Hi! I'm Randy Guerrero here with Expert Village and I am going to show you some basics of defensive tackle. A 4 point stance and you are getting double teamed by two offensives in line, it is good to grab him and bring him down to make a creative pile so these running backs can bounce back and let these linebackers make a play. It is also good to either split it so they can also bounce out or either get them and make a play. All you do is keep your pad level low and keep control of that line of scrimmage.
