Questions & AnswersHi! I'm Randy Guerrero here with Expert Village and we are going to show you some basics of the defensive tackle. All right as you are in this 4 point stance like always offensive lines can cut you and to avoid a cut is to either push them down, keep your eyes open and then try to get up and make another play because defensive tackles mostly don't make a lot of plays. It is either the linebackers usually controlling that line of scrimmage making these running backs bounce for these outside linebackers to make a play.
