How to Do a Four Point Stance

Hi! I'm Randy Guerrero here with Expert Village and I am going to show you some basics of the defensive tackle. First of all, 100 percent of the time you are going to be in the four point stance and best of all is when you are in that four point stance, you've got to put lots of weight on you to get ready to fire off the ball.
