Garnishing Indian Mango Lassi
Aloha, this is Sonia Martinez from the big island of Hawaii on behalf of Expert Village. On one of them I'm going to go ahead and use our ground macadamia nuts and just sprinkle a few on top and on the other one I'm going to use a few of the almonds. If your lassi is too thick you can use an iced tea spoon to reach it otherwise with a straw or just drink it straight out of the glass is fine. It would be nice to decorate a little bit. You can use an orchid and mint or you can use just a little spray of mint by itself, would give it a nice touch.
