Type of Glasses to Serve Indian Mango Lassi
Aloha, this is Sonia Martinez from the big island of Hawaii on behalf of Expert Village. Choosing your glass. It's usually better when you use a glass that is tall, and with a stem on it, it just makes it prettier, although you can use an ice tea glass or any kind of wine glass, anything to show. We're going to do one with a cracked ice in it, then I'll go ahead and do the other one. We'll do it in the, crack the ice in the blender, to show both ways. This way we'll get rid of a little bit of the lassi from the pitcher. See how nice and thick it is. Now we can just go ahead and add ice to this one. This one we're going to use the ice inside the blender just to kind of froth it up a little bit more and we'll serve that one in the other glass which is actually an old fashioned milk shake glass. This might be a little bit too much but. By the way, you can use a blender, you can use a food processor, you can use an immersion blender, if you're not crushing ice in it. And there we go.
