How to Catch a Snap in Football

Hi this is Russell Laws with expertvillage.com on how to punt. Then just snap it like that. Here like that. Okay this is the snap to hand drill this is how you work on receiving the ball and how you want to catch it. That is a high snap. You want to get it down and back as fast as you can. Your feet you want your feet to be your kicking leg back, your front leg forward about shoulder width apart and ready to move cause sometimes you need to snap and you have to come to the side, come to this side and you have to come down low and you have to jump for some snaps cause they are not good ones. So you would just be ready to move, give a hand signal , get ready to snap, get it.
