Hi this is Russell Laws with expertvillage.com on how to punt. Okay the first and more important thing about kicking is stretching and I'm going to go through all the stretches with you. Then butt kicks. (running while kicking his butt with the back of his legs) And some lunges. And loosen up your arms to cause this is vital important for punting the upper body even though you think it is all legs it is not.
