Using Fire Safety Ladders in your Home
When a fire safety ladder is is just a ladder with rungs and chains so it can be easily stored and when you deploy it, it just rolls out and rolls either down the roof or just down the side of your house and it hooks right on the side of your window sill. You can purchase a fire safety ladder at any of your local hardware stores, and it’s a good idea to keep them next to the window on your second story. Make sure that you and your family practices using them during your EDITH exit drills in the home so they know how to deploy the ladder, and how to come down the ladder.
