How to Pickoff a Runner at Second Base with a Spin Move
Hi! My name is Mike Lumley. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to teach you pitching. What we're going to do here is we'll go through the same premise. We'll start slow like we did at first. We're going to do the spin move at 2nd base. We'll come set, have our back foot come in, open up, and throw. Come set, in, open up, and throw. Again, the quicker we can get this, the better we're going to be. The quicker we can get the better. So as you notice, when I finish up my front foot is pointed right at my target.
