How to Shampoo After Coloring Gray Hair

Hi my name is Jan Cuni, I'm a professional hairstylist and colorist. I work for Plaza Salon in Paramus, I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Now it's time to shampoo her hair, I'm going to place the towel underneath her neck. (washing hair) She's been processing for about 35 minutes and I'm going to shampoo twice and put a little of conditioner. I'm going to use light conditioner everyday, the heavy one. If you're hair is very dry you have a lot of highlights. It's not good to do deep condition every 2 weeks. But you only put it on your hands mostly, just make sure she don't have no color behind the ears or on the face.
