Making Cinnamon & Cocoa Filling For Rugelach Pastries: Part 2

Hi! I'm Rachel for Expert Village. The last filling will be cocoa with sugar. I put 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 5 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. I am going to mix it all together and sprinkle it on the dough. Now I am going to roll it and put the cocoa as I did with the cinnamon, put it in. It will be the same way as I did the cinnamon.
