Hi! I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now I am going to show you how to make a flaky yeast dough. It has a little bit more labor involved but it is a very good dough for rugelach and let's start with the ingredients. We are going to use 4 tablespoons of sugar, 4 cups of flour, a cup of water, 2 tablespoons of oil, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 tablespoon of dry yeast, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 200 grams of margarine, a bowl to mix it in, a rolling pin and a baking sheet. You see this recipe does not call for too much sugar. It is only 4 tablespoons for 4 cups of flour. It is because the dough is not supposed to be sweet and later on we are going to fill it up with sweet fillings, all kind of different fillings which I am going to show you later on.
