Hi I'm Acharya Vikramaditya on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to explain to you Appan Mudra. This is Appan Mudra. The posture is very simple. Just by touching the tip of the middle finger and the ring finger with the tip of the thumb this Mudra is formed. This Appan Mudra is very important for the body. For the body purification this Mudra is a must. Through this Mudra you can feel the automatic body suppose. You have to understand what do you mean by Appan. Appan is the pressure of the body which you feel before you want to urinate or go to the toilet. That pressure is known as Appan. So if you want to purify your body practice this Mudra and purify your body.
