Hi! I'm Gary for Expert Village. Let's take a look at the configuration page for Firefox and we will change some settings to increase the speed of our Firefox browse. Firefox has a configuration page that is actually a HTML page so we access it through our browser. We can open up a new tab by pressing control T and will have a blank page and we will type in about:config and that will open up the HTML page with all the settings for the Firefox browser. We are going to go down to a setting, everything is in alphabetical order, so we will go down to a setting called network.http.pipelining and there are a few networks http's so just look for the one that says pipelining, nothing after it. We are going to make sure that that setting is set to true and we have another setting which is network http. This time it is called proxy pipelining and we are going to make sure that is also set to true. And the last setting that we are going to change is the network http:pipeliningmacsrequests and we are going to set that to 100 which is a nice large number which will give us much quicker speed of access. If you scroll through, you can see that there are a lot of different settings here. This is basically where the configurations of Firefox are done and once we've made our changes, we are going to close the tab. It will automatically be saved and that should give us the ability to serve at a much quicker speed using Firefox.
