Fire Safety Codes & Fire Department Inspections

If you are a small business owner and you’re about to get your annual fire safety inspection, it’s a good idea to check all of your exits and make sure that they are clear of debris. Check your extinguishers. Make sure they are not covered up, make sure that they have been serviced recently. Do not have boxes stacked too close to the ceiling or to the sprinkler heads themselves. The fire department does not do regular inspections of a residential house, but we will let you know what we think would be a good idea to have in your house for your fire safety.
