Hi this is Richard Buccola in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make some cream of broccoli soup. Okay so while that was still sauteeing I manage to set the table and finish my wash up or my cleaning. I may have some guest coming over for a quick little lunch. This is a great lunch, it is great for just anything. It is great for a starter and a appetizer. But what I like to do then is just come over and take a look at that soup look how beautiful that is. Now it smells delicious, I add some fresh pepper right before I serve it and I just go around taking a nice amount of pepper to this. Taste it see if it needs some salt if you think it needs salt by all means put some salt. I use a lot of pepper sometimes I put a some salt, just depends. If it taste a little bland add some salt, it is up to your flavor. So when I come back I will show you how to actually serve. Actually let's do that right now, I have a nice bowl and what I will do is mix in all that pepper, I put enough for I'm only having 2 people today me and Gracie my dog who loves to eat with me. Actually no we are going to let the camera girl eat some food with us. So I put enough in for 2 people and I will leave that right on the bowl. This would actually particular thing would serve 6-8 people nice hearty size bowls of soup. Make sure on your presentation that is you have any on the sides of the bowl, clean it off like so. Make sure everything is nice and clean alright want to make sure that is all cleaned off and what we would do then is just put a little cap on it. Put it right over to our table and we are ready to serve, we are ready to serve.
