Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in Astoria Queens at the world's famous Doyle's Corner and, on behalf of Expert Village, today we're going to show you how to throw some darts. Alright, so just follow me over to the board because I want to talk a little bit about a little strategy for the game. Sometimes it's hard to double in and the other guy might double in and he's bringing his numbers down. Three-O-one, every number you score, you're going to bring your number down until you close out, also with a double number. Which means you cannot have an odd number to close out. So, you have to have an even number. We'll talk more about that. But, some of the strategy is, a lot of guys will try to open up with double twenty, or good dart plays, because that's the highest point value. It gets them eighty, it gets them forty points to open. But someone whom is more of an intermediate player might go for the side of the board and the reason they do that is because they want the dart, if they should miss the six it's not such a hard area to hit maybe the double ten and catch a lucky break.
