How to Rinse Lightener From Highlighted Hair

Hi! My name is Jan Cuni. I'm a professional hairstylist and hair colorist. I work for Plaza Salon in Paramus. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. You have to make sure all the lightener removed from here. I'm going to do 2 shampoos and I'm scrubbing the scalp really good. Then to soften the hair I'm going to use conditioner because after highlights of course the hair will be a little bit dry. That's why we use conditioner to keep the hair nice and soft.
