Hi! My name is Jan Cuni. I'm a professional hairstylist and hair colorist. I work for Plaza Salon in Paramus. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to check in 10 minutes because we don't want to go too light. We try to stay natural. With light hair you've got to stay longer. That's another different story. Whatever desire highlights are you looking. Some people have black hair and they want to go very light. Everybody has different that they want. We try to stay natural. We're doing this on dry hair because it's not going to dilute the lightener. If the hair is wet it's going to dilute. It's going to be weaker because we have so much water in all your hair. When the hair is dry it's better. It has to be dry.
