Using Tiaras With Long Hairstyles
Hi! My name is Dawn Shannon, owner of Intuition Salon & Spa. I am also a hairstylist and you can visit us on the web at www.intuitionsalonandspa.com. Next I am now going to demonstrate how to use a tiara on long to medium hair. What you can do is (she is going to wear her hair down for this particular spot) and we are just going to take the tiara, we have got a little bit of lift here and we are just going to slip the tiara in. Make sure it is even. That is one way you can do it. Another way you can do it is if they would like to pull their sides back, is you could fasten back the sides. In this particular case we are going to put just a little bit of lift at the top and fasten it at the bottom. Make sure you have it just the way you want it before you put on the tiara and then very gently the same way we are going to glide it in. Make sure the customer or you is happy with exactly where it is at. You can also (making it where it is a little flatter on the top) put it in a very low ponytail or bun or you could curl it, fastening it. And then you could put the tiara more along the bang line, very gently putting it in, making sure it is even. And that is how you put in a tiara.
