How to Apply Dramatic Eyeliner

And now just to give a little more drama to the eye for that sensationalize evening look I'm going to take one of two colors that you could choose a beautiful white interior liner for the lower eye rim or a beautiful blue just to neutralize the pink in the eye and enlarge the eye dramatically. I'm going to chose the blue and I'm just going to roll it right on the I'm placing the blue right underneath the pupil of the eye and as you can see that has dramatically open up her eye area. It is dramatically opening up her eye area so I'm going to do the same for the other eye.
