How to Use a Hand Mixer

A hand mixer is used for mixing several different things typically in baking and its really convenient because you can easily lift it up and hold it with your hands and plug into the wall anywhere so its very convenient and easy to move around. Typically hand mixers come with several different attachments from typical mixers to a whisk and even paddle attachments. And that is a hand mixer.
