Hi! I'm Karen for Expert Village. At this point, you want to think about decorating your pocket. It's going to fit into the bed like this, so just the pocket is going to show because all of this excess will be tucked in between the mattress and the box spring. I'm going to decorate mine with these nice little crocheted flowers. I'll be placing them like that and I'll sew them on the machine. If you want to make for a gift, you can embroider someone’s name on the top, you can put flowers, bows, or buttons. There's an unlimited amount of ways to decorate your bedside caddy. You also may want to use a pillowcase that matches the sheet set of the bed that it's going to be for. I'm going to take my crotched flowers and pin them in place, and I'll be sewing them on. We'll sew the upper edge together. We'll sew the sides down, and we'll sew our pocket.
