How to Place Ribbon for a Paperback Book Caddy

Hi! I'm Karen for Expert Village. Okay, now we'll place our ribbon, put our first pin right here. This is the edge, so you want to put that first pin. You have your 6 inches and then your first pin marking. You want to measure 2 inches from the edge. 2 inches from the edge of the book cover to the edge of the ribbon. The pin should match up where we placed our other pin marking. We'll pin that ribbon in place right there. Then you've got the handle here. You want to make sure the handle isn't twisted. You come around like this and then you match this pin to the pin that we have here. You want to make sure that it's 2 inches from the edge like that. I can even take this pin out and we'll use it to pin the ribbon down there. We'll turn it around and we'll do the other side the same way.
