Make Your House into a Model House

Hi! I'm Kelley Johnson with K. Nicole Redesign for Expert Village. So when we make suggestions or recommendations to perhaps to paint a room, redesign furniture or redesign interior, make changes to the landscaping. Those are all suggestions based on our professional knowledge as well as our training and we are giving you the prospective of what potential buyers may view about your home. Our one main objective is to appeal to a broad range of potential buyers. The more a home is personalized to your particular taste, we are going to reduce that window of opportunity to appeal to a broad spectrum of buyers. If you have a room dedicated to Elvis Presley, you may not necessarily attract a wide range of buyers, so we really want to depersonalize and create a neutral home that appeals to everyone, just like a model home does.
