Hi! I'm Kelley Johnson with K. Nichole Redesign for Expert Village. A home stager works with sellers and real estate agents to market the home. Today is a very tough real estate market and homes are lingering on the market much longer. Staged homes sell faster and typically for more money so you are actually staging to maximize your sell price. Once you decided you want to sell your home, it is important to research and identify the certified stager that can help you sell your home. A certified stager has gone through training and can be very professional in their approach to help you in saving your home. Some things to keep in mind when selecting the right stager is to identify what type of training the stager has completed.
