Do You Need a House Stager?
Hi! I'm Kelley Johnson with K. Nicole Redesign for Expert Village. Once you've decided you want to sell your home, it is important to research and identify a certified stager that can help you sell your home. A certified stager has gone through training and can be very professional in their approach to helping you sell your home. Some things to keep in mind when selecting the right stager, is to identify what type of training the stager has completed. K. Nicole redesign is a certified transition coordinator so we are knowledgeable in staging your home as well with the transition process of moving to your next home. The transition process is so important because a stager can use that information to help you stage your home in the best way. For example it is important to be very open and up front with your stager regarding what items you would like to take to your next home.
