House Sales Tips on the Foyer
Hi! I'm Kelley Johnson with K. Nicole Redesign for Expert Village. Creating a welcoming experience when you are showing your home to sell is very important. There are a couple of things that instantly can give the sense of welcome to potential buyers. First and foremost when a buyer walks in for a showing, how does it smell. I know that it sounds a little icky to talk about but we need to make sure that your house is fresh, clean, has a very pleasant smell. When we also think about welcoming, we want to make sure that all of your rooms are very light, bright and open. Make sure that you leave all of your blinds, all of your draperies open when you leave your home in the morning so that if you have showings during the day, your home will have lots of natural sunlight which is a great positive for potential buyers.
