How to Release a Bowling Ball
Hi, welcome to Play Drum Devon Lanes, my name is Glenn Soanes with Expert Village. Tonight we're going to work and walk you through some advance bowling techniques so you can improve your game. As we talked about before we want to get yourself in that comfortable stance, your feet shoulder width apart, your knees slightly flexed and that point what we're going to do is start the hand where we finished. We want a nice straight wrist I want the ball relaxed, the ball is going to move, the elbow is going to move with the heel we're going to push away. (bowling)
