Iso Lateral Incline Press Chest Exercise

The next exercise that I’m going to demonstrate for you is the hammer strength isolateral incline press. Go ahead and come down to your seat. Again, make sure that when your seat is adjusted your shoulders are even with the bars that you’re going to grab a hold of. Feet are going to come flat on the floor. Navel to spine. Head is going to come back. Grab a hold of the apparatus and exhale as you press. Incline press straight over your head. Loose grip on the bars. Again, if the free weight incline press is too difficult, the machine incline press is too easy, and the dumbbells are just a little bit too hard, come on over to the hammer strength isolateral incline press. You’re still working each arm individually. You’re just having a little bit more support. If you would like, you can press upon one arm at a time. Inhale and exhale. Perfect. Inhale. If this is too difficult, you can press both arms at the same time. Inhale. Exhale.
