Chop Vegetables for Cream of Mushroom Soup
Hi, I'm Greg from Expert Village and today we are going to make cream of mushroom soup. Let's start with the vegetables. We'll be getting by finely mincing 3/4 of the mushrooms and then put that aside. And then thinly slice the remaining mushrooms. Chop up the onion and mince the celery.
