Protecting Construction Materials

This is Ben Ingham with Expert Village talking about a walk out basement. The exterior of this cinder block wall I have painted with 2 coats of foundation paint which is basically a very thin tar that it suppose to penetrate the side of it. I also have plastic sheeting around that I can put around the outside to as another protective barrier and then as I'm building I always try to have lots of tarps and plastic sheeting that some of the products that we use are very expensive and rain storms can happen in a flash and you don't want to have a lot of product expose. So it is nice to have something to have to be able to throw over a floor that you have put down for example any kind of flooring or anything.
