This is Ben Ingham with Expert Village talking about a walk out basement. The crew came in and they help me get all this done and we have began by mixing up a huge batch of mordor and you put a bed of mordor down with a trowel, put the cement blocks down, tap them together and you start building up the corners first. A lot of walls cinder block walls are 12 courses high which would be 8 feet. I want it to have the top of this seller to above the grade of the natural grade of the outside so I went up 14 course which is going to be 9 feet for inches. That would get me above the grade so I should have less of a problem with water and filtration during heavy rains.
