Hi my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole pork chop recipe. Now we're going to add those roasted vegetables that we had, that onion and the bell peppers. We're going to add to this one and then to second skillet. Like I say there will be nice and sweet because we roasted them ahead of time. So I just want to get that mixed into our skillets. So we just put in just 2/3 of our holy trinity and that is bell pepper and onions. So we'll let this just simmer just a little bit and we'll continue to layer into our creole pork chops.
