Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole pork chop recipe. So we can't have a creole dish without our holy trinity and some garlic pepper and garlic. So we have a couple of cloves of garlic here and we're just going to smash both and I'll just rough chop the garlic cause this also is going to go with in later and it's place and it's layer in our final dish. Can you imagine that the creole or casian dish with our no garlic no garlic no holy trinity no pepper. So we just want to rough cut rough chop on our garlic and we're just using 2 cloves here it'll go along way. If you wanted to if you had a food processor or a little food chopper you can use that to chop up like your garlic or your onions and other items. Anyway here's our garlic nice and chopped and let's move on.
