Hi guys my name is J and I'm talking on behalf of Expert Village. What I'm going to do is show you guys for cooking chicken fajitas. First what yo are going to need you are going to need skinless boneless chicken breast just like this. I actually have the thin slice chicken breast you see how thin that is. If you buy the thicker ones you are going to butterfly them cut them in half of you have to tenderize it some how buy smashing it with a tenderizing maillot of something. Cause those chickens are really you know you need to sear them and then stick them in the oven. These you just have to sear and wrap them in foil and they would be nice and cooked for you. Not only that they would be nice and tender because they are so thin. The ingredients that we are going to use for cooking these boneless skinless chicken breast is a little bit of liquid smoke. Like I said it has that mesquite liquid smoke that this is going to give it that nice original flavor that you get from cooking out in the grill. Also I have myself some chicken fajitas seasoning earlier I had fajitas seasoning this is chicken fajitas season it has basically the same ingredients as the beef fajitas but it is made for chicken. Like I said earlier you want to look for the word tenderizer on the ingredient that means that it is going to make your meat nice and tender and also salt. You want salt in there because it is going to make your meat taste so much better and not only that you don't have to add anymore salt later on. Use garlic powder, you can use fresh garlic if you like I just use garlic powder it is easier for me I don't have to grate it and get all messy. It is preference you know some people would argue that fresh garlic is that much better but it is up to you. Also fresh ground black pepper guys I can't stress this enough but you definitely want to use fresh ground black pepper what I mean by that is these whole pepper corns as you can see in there. Some people got that powder pepper inside of your house you have that powder stuff it is basically what it is is this ground up and it is not fresh, it losses it flavor really fast, this on the other hand is so fresh once you grind it, it grinds into a pepper powder form and it taste so much better I guarantee you guys it is so much better then this powder stuff that everybody uses. That is everything for my boneless skinless chicken breast chicken fajitas and see you on the next clip thanks.
