Understanding Rationale for a Non-Profit Organization

Hi, this is Jim Goettler with Expert Village and this is a video about how to form and operate a non profit organization. This is the final segment of this video and I would encourage those of you who are organizers of a non profit organization who finally got their determine letter and finally on your way to filling your mission and take time once in a while maybe at your annual meeting maybe for no other reason sit back and remember why you're doing it. Many times organizations get so lost and get caught up in a day to day operation, they forget what was that spark that got them going way back when, sitting around the kitchen table somewhere. You have to remember what you're doing and why they're doing it and give your organization your life, a new vibrancy and just delight all the around for everybody involved and I encourage you strongly to do it.
