On behalf of Expert Village this is Ian McSwain of Passion Foods in Miami, Florida and today we're showing you a quick and easy Mexican recipe. Today I'm going to be making guacamole now we're going to make the guacamole we're going to start off by taking your avocado and I just slice all the way around it like this separate it. It's a very nice avocado sometimes I'll show you sometimes your pit gets stuck and the easiest way to remove it without digging out a lot of flesh is to take the back end of the knife here and turn it and it should come right out. Then discard it and to remove the easiest way to remove the flesh of the meat of the avocado to use a spoon and depending on which size of avocado determines what size of spoon you need. So these are large Florida avocados so I'll use a large spoon and just remove it like that.
