And the next abs series this is something your can do in your bed. When you wake up this is a very gentle and effective way to waken all of your abdominal muscles. It's balloon breathing. So it's breathing without the movement, and this is going to also be a very deep practice for all your abdominal work. When you're standing anywhere you can do this. If you're waiting in line at the post office or anywhere at the grocery store you can do this sitting in your car, but also it's a great thing when you wake up like I said. Wake up and do 10 balloon breaths, and watch in two weeks, five weeks, your going to start getting your abdominals back very fast. I went from flap jacks to six packs, believe me. So stretching your belly out it's the breath work, inhale. Stretch it as far as it will go, and exhale. Inhale and exhale. Inhale slowly and deeply. Inhale until you can't inhale anymore then exhale. Then inhale. Do that 10 times. I just want to add that it's very important to understand were' not just strengthening our abdominals so we can have a cool looking stomach. It's definitely about strengthen our backs, relieving back pain as a mom and also especially in yoga this center of where our babies where just connected and we gave food to our babies. It's the center of our will power. It is the third shaukda and it is the color of the sun. It's called montypuda. You think about that as we strengthen our stomachs, we strengthen our own personal will power, for our own. What we really want, our volition. And also we relieve our back from getting back pain from carrying the car seat, the babies. It's important. So do at least ten of those every morning.
