Capoeira Acrobatics
Hello! I am Instructor Shin and this is Instructor Maurice from the Capoeira School of Bahia on behalf of Expert Village.com, we are going to talk about capoeira. Now I am going to show you the side of acrobatics in capoeira. He is going to perform Macaca. So basically start from start position on the floor, you are going to place one hand on the floor from the sideways and he is going to flip over his hand. He is going to go all the way around so you want to push down on his legs and you stand up. Also you can that put that with a movement on the floor and he is going to do a whole day going from that, so we put that together.
