That's not benson, that's a bençao (blessing)! Plus, the vid's title says "Quiexada & Benson" [sic] but it also shows meia lua de frente and armada. As the instructor said, this video is about the basic frontal kicks, not just the 2 in the title. I also think that not enough attention was given to the hands' movement, which is important for the balance. Note how his hands go in the queixada.

Capoeira Queixada & Benson Kicks
Hello! This is Instructor Shin from Capoeira School of Bahia and on behalf of Expert Village.com, we are going to be taking about capoeira. After the defense, we are going to step forward for the attacks. All the attacks as I said goes from the ginga, so you are going to do a frontal basic kick. So, from the ginga stance I am going to step forward, I am going to stretch my leg go around and back. So from here I step, kick. We are also going to do Benson another straight forward kick. So I am going to step, I am going to lift my knee, push, come back, okay, this one. I am going to show sideways too. So from here, come back. So as I showed you before the defense, the kicks, we are going to keep going on the kicks. This one is called Armada which is a spin kick, so for the ginga stance I am going to step forward, I am going to turn my body, move my torso so that I can see before I kick and then kick, finish ginga stance. So I step forward, I am going to turn my body, I am going to look around. Now I am going to step for the next kick, we called Queixada. So from the ginga stance I am going to step sideways and moving forward, block, so there are three steps. We stop sideways, cross and kick around. Make sure you use your torso. Okay, makes it much easier for the spinning,. Right here I am going to move my torso and I can put the first kick Armada and Queixada together. Okay.
