How to Do Capoeira Front Kicks
Hello! This is Instructor Shin from Capoeira School of Bahia and on behalf of Expert Village.com, we are going to be talking about capoeira. I showed you two techniques before and we are going to go for two more. So from the ginga as I said, it is the base movement. I am going to stop and kick is going to come sideways and I am going to punch and come back,. Okay so from here I step back and I am going to turn my torso, now my legs, and I keep moving forward. They are the Esguiva from here I am going to dodge and come back. So ginga stance, I am going to the base and I am going to switch arms, arms on the front, moving forward and I go back here. So when the kick comes, I dodge and come back, so it depends on the situation of the kick and the moment, I can even dodge here. If I am going forward, the kicks come. I dodge this way. If I have more time, we can go down or just halfway.
