Festive Toppings for Cheesecake Recipes

Hi on behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you how to make several different flavored cheesecakes but one basic cheesecake recipe from my new book Not Just Desserts. Hi welcome back it's been about 45 minutes since we met last and as you can see all the pies are out of the oven. I took the liberty of making another plain one but I topped it with cherry's as you can see. Here's the other plain one that we baked but that's the one I topped with cherry's. We got the blueberry the raspberry, lemon, the marble, pistachio, and of course the plain. So now what I'm going to show you how to do is very simply to take some plain white coconut and we're going to dye it so that we can do a little of decoration on the pistachio and a little bit on the lemon cheesecake. Cause it seems like they need something to make them look a little bit more festive.
