Making Pistachio Cheesecake

Hi on behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you how to make several different flavored cheesecakes but one basic cheesecake recipe from my new book Not Just Desserts. So we have our pistachio filling done I put my spatula and pour it into the prepared cracker crust and there you have your pistachio cheesecake. Now of course you can fill it up more but I wanted to save a little bit of that filling for another flavor, there you go our pistachio.
