Mixing Chocolate For Chocolate Cheesecake

Hi on behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you how to make several different flavored cheesecakes but one basic cheesecake recipe from my new book Not Just Desserts. So let me drizzle it a little bit more you can get creative with this, try not to put to much at one time cause it'll heavy it'll fall to the bottom. Now this is just the second step so here we go, cause I want the chocolate inside of it also. What I'm going to do is take a knife you just put into the batter and you run it this way this way you'll marble it, it makes it pretty pattern to. It'll also drag the chocolate inside the batter and you'll have the chocolate in the cake, you can get a little fancy. This is a marble one okay so we made 2 so far with one recipe lets put his one over here and we'll work on another flavor.
