Hi here on behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you how to make several different flavored cheesecakes but one basic cheesecake recipe from my new book Not Just Desserts. I'm going to add 2 more so at this point I added 4 already let me blend that in now you see at this point I only have the mixer one the first speed, before I had to put it on the second speed. Cause it's starting to loosen up so I have to be careful I don't want it to be loose. Now I'm going to add in 1 more, at this point I'm going to add 1 at a time so I added this is my fifth egg, little bit of my shell get that out of there, it'll float to the surface so make sure you get that out of there. You don't want to bite down on a piece of crush shell, you have to be careful when your baking so you make sure that non of the egg shell doesn't get into the mixture.
