Hi here on behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you how to make several different flavored cheesecakes but one basic cheesecake recipe from my new book Not Just Desserts. So I'm still adding the little bit of the cream and remember the cream is basically it helps to loosen up the cream cheese and also it adds a nice texture, you still need to use a lot of other ingredients in my cheesecake recipe but now I we're down to 5 we used 2 of the ingredients we always have on hand don't have to worry about sour cream or anything like that. These 5 basic ingredients are going to give you a very tasty cheesecake a lot of times when people make cheesecakes they say oh my god there's so many different recipes and they kind of shy away from it cause it's difficult but its not very simple 5 basic recipes we broke it down to.
