Hi, this is Shana Bethune on behalf Expert Village. I'm going to talk to about working with electronic accessories. So any sort of electronic items you have will have cords and wires and all sorts of things that go along with it. You're going to need an outlet to plug everything into, you have a limited number of outlets in your room and you really want to make sure you maximize each one by having a power strip available. An extension cord and anything that you can need to make sure that your technology can hook up to a power source. Power cables and cords and wires are all necessary in order to use your electronic device so it's important that you know where they are and have them organize. Keep them from getting tangled so that you can insure that they work for a long time having rubber bands is a very useful way to keep wires that are too long wrapped up and also keep them separated from other wires to prevent them from getting tangled. Using a cable snake is a great way to make sure all your wires stay together and out of the way because there's nothing worse than tripping over a wire and disconnecting something when you're in the middle of using it. Labeling power supplies and cords is also insures that you know what they're for so you don't accidentally throw something out and you can also figure out which power supply goes to which item. Accessories for electronics are often something that you really don't think about until you have a problem with them so it's important that you make sure that you have enough room and everything is working properly before you start using one.
