Dangers of Crossing Legs

Hi, my name is Kimberly Mann, on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this segment, we are going to talk about the normal, common areas in this segment, in this area, if you sit at work or you drive. People, ladies, if you are crossing your legs, crossing your ankles at work, it is not advisable that you are doing that. Please as of today, stop, because what you are doing is you are knocking out your hips; when you do cross your legs you are building up and stressing you hips out, and that is not very healthy. So if you are having problems, I would suggest to go and get an adjustment, because that will help keep your hips in alignment and please, I highly recommend that you stop crossing your legs. Gentlemen and ladies I should say, because that really distorts this hip region and this is the area that we really put a lot of stress on day in and day out. And when you are sleeping, it is the same thing, you should sleep with a pillow between the legs, it will keep your legs and your hips aligned.
